Cayenne Salve

 Cayenne contains an analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent called capsaicin. A substance that reduces pain by blocking the pain receptors in the body. When applied topically, this may help with sore muscles, arthritis, joint aches, pain and inflammation in bruising. Studies have shown it may improve neuralgia as well.

*Do not use on open wounds. Those with sensitive skin may want to test a small area first, as it may cause a burning sensation in some individuals.
